"For Whom the Dome Tolls" is the story featured in issue #35 of Action Man

The Millenium Dome is being visited by the duke of Cumberland. Intelligence suggest Dr X is planning something big, so Action Man is there. Dr X's helicopters arrive and steal the dome with everybody inside. Action Man takes a wire to be carried along with the dome. Dr X tries to shoot him, but Action Man reaches him and takes his helicopter, so he reverses the polarity of the gravity devices used to lift the dome. The dome falls to earth again, and Dr X is arrested.
